Federal Judge Approves Court Enforceable Settlement of Harpeth Conservancy Clean Water Act Lawsuit over Largest Sewage Treatment Plant on Harpeth

>On August 9, 2016 Federal Judge approved court enforceable settlement between Harpeth Conservancy and City of Franklin that will involve steps by Franklin to limit pollutants from current sewage treatment plant and its expansion. Harpeth Conservancy was represented by partner, Southern Environmental Law Center.
